BROOKLYN - Officials say the last of four New York City police officers injured on Easter Sunday in a Brooklyn shootout has returned home.
Detective Michael Keenan was released from the hospital yesterday after being shot in the thigh.
Keenan was one of four officers shot in a gunfight with an ex-convict.
Capt. Al Pizzano, of Smithtown, was grazed in the face by a bullet in the Brooklyn apartment. Officer Matthew Granahan, of Nesconset, was hit in the leg. According to authorities, 33-year-old Nakwon Foxworth was holding his pregnant girlfriend and 4-month-old son captive when gunfire erupted between him and the police.Foxworth is expected to be arraigned later this week.
