RONKONKOMA - Residents packed a town hall meeting last night about the $475 million project to revive Ronkonkoma.

The transformation proposal centers around a vision to bring offices, restaurants, entertainment venues and 1,400 apartments to the 50-acres around the LIRR train station.

Supporters say people would want to live there.

Some residents worry about whether they could afford to live there.

Brookhaven Town is now taking written comments with a vote expected in spring.
