MILLER PLACE - Police say nine people were injured, including a 4-year-old girl, in a crash in Miller Place.

They say Kevin Denton's minivan was hit by another driver Saturday night at the intersection of Route 25A and Miller Place Road.

The toddler in the minivan was taken to a hospital with serious eye and facial injuries.

Authorities say the others hurt in the crash, including four children, are going to be OK.

They say no charges have been filed at this time.
