BRENTWOOD - ? Police say three officers who just completed a life saving course saved a 23-year-old?s life. According to police, the officers went to get something to eat at Applebee?s on Motor Parkway in Brentwood after finishing an advance life support course. When the officers walked out of the restaurant, they saw a man slumped over the wheel of a car.

Police say the man was barely breathing and officers sprung into action.

Officers James Garside, Angela Ferrara and Joseph D?Allesandro were all off duty at the time and used their skills to revive the man who suffered a drug overdose.
