HEMPSTEAD - Three employees of a Hicksville modeling agency are charged with scamming hundreds of thousands of dollars from parents.
Investigators say employees went to the Roosevelt Field and Queens Center malls and preyed on teens and their parents.
Investigators say they received more than 300 complaints from Model Talent Development Center clients who say they shelled out hundreds or thousands and never got a modeling job.
Two scouts and a woman said to be the vice president of the agency pleaded not guilty to grand larceny charges today. A warrant is still out for the arrest of owner James Muniz.
