RIVERHEAD - Officials say three men are under arrest for conning a man out of lotto winnings.

Prosecutors say Yalcin Nergiz and Yunis Ozturk were working at the Valero gas station when a man went to redeem his Take 5 ticket in March.

The district attorney says they told the non-English speaking customer he won $774, when his ticket was worth more than $74,000.

Investigators say Yunis' brother, Orhan Ozturk, cashed the winning ticket and they split the money.

All three men will be arraigned in Riverhead this morning.
