WOODBURY - ? The 2010 Census numbers have been released and they reveal that now one out of every six Americans is Hispanic.

The numbers revealed that Hispanics account for more than half of the new growth of the U.S. population. It also revealed that more people are leaving New York and moving west. Buffalo lost more than 10 percent of its residents in the past 10 years.

Officials say the decreasing numbers will have a big effect when legislative districts are re-drawn for the next decade.

New York is expected to lose two Congressional seats, dropping from 29 to 27 in the House.
