MORICHES - Officials say two men are recovering this morning after waves capsized their boats in Moriches Inlet.

Rescuers pulled Antonio Scrivanich, 75, from Centereach, from the water yesterday afternoon.

In a separate incident a few hours later, the Coast Guard pulled an unidentified 49-year-old man from the water.

News 12 Long Island has learned the rough water put the boats under and neither man was wearing a life jacket.

Both men are expected to be OK.
