WOODBURY - ? Cops have blown open an alleged bank fraud scam on Long Island and have arrested two men in connection.

Investigators say one man is homeless and the other is from California.

Police say the duo was using rigged ATM cards to rip off Chase banks in both Nassau and Suffolk counties. The pair was arrested yesterday. Cops say the men had more than $6,000 and nearly 75 bank cards.
