MEDFORD - Police say two suspected robbers are accused of targeting two gas stations about 15 minutes apart. 

Police say Tony Taddonio, of Medford, tried to hold up the Sunoco station on Route 112 in Coram on Saturday night. According to police, a worker chased him away with a stick. 

The cops say about 15 minutes later, Taddonio went to the Mobil station on Middle County Road and stole cash. 

Taddonio and Michael Iovino, of Islip, the accused getaway driver, were arrested a short time later.
