HEMPSTEAD - Two Hempstead teens are under arrest, and police say they're responsible for a series of cell phone robberies.

Police say Curtis Williams, 15, and Teisean Kemp, 14, took another teen's cell phone on Maple Avenue last month. This week, they allegedly stole two other phones on Peninsula Boulevard and Seabury Street.

Police say the two suspects also took a cell phone from a 12-year-old in a church parking lot on Greenwich Street.
