WOODBURY - Two people accused of framing an innocent woman will face a Nassau County judge later today. Terrell Lovell and Luz Johnson were allegedly paid by another man, Jerry Ramrattan, to say they had been robbed by Ramrattan's ex-girlfriend. The woman, Seemona Sumasar, spent nearly seven months in jail.
