WANTAGH - Police say two men have been arrested and are accused of burglary while performing chimney repair work to homes in Wantagh and Farmingdale.

Police say Robert Heredia and Gustave Schotker were working for National Home Improvements Inc. when the burglaries occurred within the past month. The most recent alleged burglary happened yesterday.

Police say the men gained entry into homes on Clinton Avenue in Farmingdale, Darby Road West and Jonathan Lane, both in Wantagh, and removed jewelry and cash.

Heredia and Schotker are both being charged with burglary.
