It is day three of the Long Island school bus strike.
Drivers of the Baumann Bus Company walked off the job on Monday, leaving parents in four districts scrambling to find transportation for their kids.
The strike impacts the Baldwin, Freeport, Hicksville, and Rockville Centre districts, as well as students from several private schools.
The company and union workers met until 2 a.m., but no contract deal was reached.
Both sides meet again with federal mediators on Friday.
