Man in serious condition after Huntington gas station hit-and-run
The incident happened in Huntington around 4:30 p.m. yesterday. (February 14, 2013)
HUNTINGTON - Police say a gas station employee is in serious condition after a hit-and-run.
Police say Jaffery Syed, 60, of Greenlawn, was hit at the Sunoco gas station on Jericho Turnpike by a person driving a dark-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee with out-of-state plates at around 4:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon.
Syed was airlifted to the hospital in serious condition.
