The Uniondale man accused of killing his girlfriend's toddler will face a judge on Monday.
Lord Pardo will be formally charged with murder by a grand jury.
As News 12 reported, Pardo allegedly beat 18-month-old Mason Robinson to death earlier this month.
Police say the child's skull and ribs were fractured, and his lungs and liver were damaged.
Prosecutors say Pardo told them the baby was jumping on a bed and fell off.
