A Lindenhurst woman claims a police officer who arrested her for a DWI stalked her, trying to get a date.

The 20-year-old Michael Incandela was one of the arresting officers in the July incident.

Following the arrest, she says Incandela found her on MySpace, sent her naked pictures and said he could help get rid of her DWI charge if she didn?t tell anyone. She says she played along for fear Incandela would come after her.

Nassau County Police Commissioner Lawrence Mulvey says 10 administrative charges have been brought against Incandela. He was stripped of his weapon and put on desk duty while the department conducts an internal investigation.
