An Israeli man claims he sold his kidney to a Woodbury businessman for $20,000.

Nick Rosen of Tel Aviv says he flew to New York four years ago to donate the kidney. He says the money was left in a brown envelope on his hospital bed after the operation.

Rosen made a video about his alleged experience. Near the end of it, he is seen reclining on a bed piled with what he says is $20,000 in cash.

The alleged recipient, 51-year-old Brad Gursky, refused to comment to News 12 Long Island about Rosen's claim, but the Associated Press says Gursky confirmed much of the story. However, he said the dollar amount was "an embellishment."
