Yankee Stadium was transformed into a Winter Wonderland today as thousands of Bronx children got to meet Santa Claus and receive a special holiday gift.
Tickets were distributed to thousands of people across The Bronx over the past few weeks, and each young resident with a ticket was able to receive a free toy.
Along with the toy, children also received a goodie bag and got to take a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The event was sponsored by the borough president and Yankee Stadium.
