An actor from Smithtown is creating a name for himself as he gets married over and over in the off-Broadway show 'Tony n' Tina's Wedding.'
Joe Ferraro says he never imagined he'd end up wearing a white tuxedo night after night during his time at Smithtown High School or at Stony Brook University.
"I was a business major when I went to college," says Ferraro.
The show, in its 25 year, takes place in Times Square, as Ferraro as Tony and his bride Tina lead a wedding procession through the streets to a reception hall. It's an interactive show based around the wedding, which features two very Italian families, the Nunzios and the Vatalis. Ferraro says there's dinner, dancing, and, of course, drama.
Ferraro stars in the show three nights a week.
News 12's Elisa DiStefano even joined in the festivities as she gave a speech at one of the weddings as a third cousin.
