The sudden shutdown happened after the vendor overseeing the eateries, including the on-campus Starbucks, decided to halt operations at the college.
Nassau Community College administrators are searching for a new vendor, and exploring the possibility of bringing in food trucks to feed hungry students.
Currently, the school's website has a list of where students can find snacks and beverages.
