ROOSEVELT - Police have charged a Roosevelt man with molesting a 10-year-old girl.

Harold Whyte allegedly put his hand down the girl's shirt while at a Freeport home on Sunday.

The 65-year-old was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
