Great South Bay Music Festival brings country to LI
One of Long Island's biggest summer parties is taking place this weekend in Patchogue.
The Great South Bay Music Festival kicked off Thursday and continued Friday with country artist Jamie Johnson at the main stage.
The festival also includes singer J.T. Hodges in the list of headliners.
"I live in Nashville, below the Mason-Dixon line. Let me tell you, there are die-hard country music fans above the Mason Dixon line," says Hodges.
Many festival-goers participated in line-dancing throughout the show.
The last day of the festival will be Sunday, July 17.
