Glen Cove has been named one of the Top 50 Best Places to Live in the U.S. by Money.
Glen Cove is ranked 37th on the personal finance website's list -- saying Glen Cove has just about everything you'd want in a home base.
From beaches, parks and a walkable downtown with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
Glen Cove also received strong marks in the categories of health and safety, quality of life and amenities.
Glen Cove was the only New York community recognized this year.
Plainview made the cut last year, but didn't appear this time.
The place that came in first place is Atlanta, Georgia, because of its booming job market and push for equality.
