Funeral held for Shoreham-Wading River H.S. football player Tom Cutinella
Family, friends and fellow teammates said goodbye today to a Wading River teen who died after a collision on the football field.
Tom Cutinella is described as the ultimate kid who was well liked by his classmates, loved by his family, and was irreplaceable to his coaches.
The 16-year-old died tragically last Wednesday, after a collision on the football field. Tom was a junior linebacker on the team.
Tom's dad said his son was constantly giving back and was the oldest of four siblings.
His dad went on to say that his last words to his father as he ran to the school bus was "Tell mom I love her."
