Freeport man accused in alleged road rage stabbing
A Freeport man is charged with stabbing a man nearly a dozen times during a road rage attack in the city. 
Police say Martin Luciano got into his car and took off shortly after attacking a 45-year-old man in Manhattan last month. 
Luciano was arrested yesterday. 
Luciano is charged with attempted murder and assault.
