The cyclists at Malvia's Spin Class at Brooklyn Sports Club are pushing themselves to the limit, but having fun while they do so.
The bikes are stationary, but people who take the class say after some time, the fat falls right off.
"It’s exceptional. It’s one of the best spin classes they have in Brooklyn," says student Yon Ettenoble.
The spin class features a mix of people from all experience levels with the class leader front and center.
Organizers say spin is a great way stick to a New Year's resolution because once you get to class you have the support of people in class to keep you motivated.
