Sandy victims form group to fight FEMA

WOODBURY - Dozens of Hurricane Sandy victims feel they're not getting a fair shake because of a FEMA ruling.

The victims have formed a group called " Sandy Victims Fighting FEMA."

The group will rally at the Nassau County Legislative building tonight.

The group claims they've been denied insurance coverage under what's called the "earth movement" exclusion.

They say the rule denies reimbursement if the earth under any property moved, even if by flooding.

They say they want lawmakers to close the loophole.
