LINDENHURST - Time is running out for Sandy victims who need to apply for government aid.

Business owners and homeowners can apply for a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) disaster loan until Jan. 28.

The interest rate on the federal loan could be as low as 1.688 percent.
