BRENTWOOD - A Brentwood youth group is back in its clubhouse after Superstorm Sandy nearly tore it apart.

The new Brentwood Youth Activities building was unveiled today. The clubhouse was gutted following Superstorm Sandy because it was unsafe and infested with rodents.

The entire renovation was done through donations and with help from the community.

More than 1,000 kids take advantage of Brentwood Youth Activities. Legislator Rick Montano says the organization is crucial in keeping children off the streets.
