BABYLON - Those looking for great nightlife in Suffolk don’t necessarily have to cross the border to Nassau County or take the train to the city, they can stay close to home and head to several towns filled with bars and restaurants.  News 12 Long Island’s Alex Dollin has some tips on where to go in Babylon and Huntington.

In Babylon Village, Barrique is said to be a popular hangout to meet up with friends, or even meet new ones. The establishment has more than 130 bottles of wine and small plates of tasty treats.

For more of a lounge feel, patrons can head across the street to Monsoon, which offers great music and lively bar scene. It features a Pan Asian cuisine.

But for those looking for a taste of Manhattan on Long Island, they should try Honu in Huntington. It features one of the largest bars on the Island, a seasonal menu and a huge dance floor.
