'Tis the Season: Dickens Festival celebrates 20th anniversary

PORT JEFFERSON - Carolers in Victorian costumes graced the streets of Port Jefferson during the annual Charles Dickens Festival.

This year, the event celebrated its 20th anniversary of transforming the streets into a Dickensian village.

The festival included a light show that was projected on Village Hall, a space to decorate holiday cookies, and costumed carolers and villagers.

Participants said it was the best of times.
