FARMINGDALE - Hundreds of families attended the "Deck the Halls Holiday Breakfast" at Howitt Middle School Saturday morning.

They got to participate in raffles, decorate treats and take pictures with Santa.

Organizers with the group Pay It Forward say the event is about giving back to the community.

Local businesses donated the food for the event. All proceeds are going to children in need.
