Coach Grill and Tavern's Fish Tacos and Kohlrabi Slaw Recipe
Ingredients for Taco:
Panko Bread Crumbs
Ingredients for Kohlrabi Slaw:
Directions for Slaw:
1. Jullien all of the vegetables and mix together.
2. Add 4 parts mayonaise, 4 parts white vinegar, 1 part sugar and mix all together.
Directions for Fish:
1. 2-4 oz. piece of fresh fish.
2. Put both sides in flour.
3. Then put both sides in egg yolk.
4. Put on Panko crust, doing your best to make it even.
5. Fry until golden brown.
Directions for Taco:
1. Toast the tortilla to give grill marks.
2. Place fish in center of tortilla.
3. Top with Kohlrabi Slaw
