WOODBURY - Love Texas-style barbecue food, but don’t want to travel? Look no further than Laura’s BBQ Shack, which brings the cooking, and the shack, to you!

Laura's BBQ Shack stopped by the News 12 Long Island studios to offer up some good-homestyle cooking, including ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket.

Started by Lloyd Adam Jr. and his wife Laura, the BBQ Shack offers beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs and so much more. While it’s based in Greenvale, the Shack will travel all over Long Island, to bring the southern party anywhere.

Adam Jr., a native Texan, named the Shack after his wife.
