EAST ROCKAWAY - Five Star Gym in East Rockaway is offering customers a fun and child-like way to stay in shape this summer.

Parkour is the extreme sport of learning how to move quickly and efficiently through your environment using only your body to negotiate obstacles.

"Parkour is the study of human movement and how humans get over and around obstacles most efficiently," says Dave Crump, of Five Star Gym.

Crump says Parkour is great for all ages.
