The fire sparked on Glenn Curtis Avenue Saturday afternoon.
Fire officials say the blaze started in a vestibule between two units and quickly spread.
Several people were hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, according to officials.
The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
