A Nassau diner that has been serving Long Islanders for almost six decades appears to be closing its doors.

Records show the diner has been facing financial issues over the last few years because of unpaid taxes.
The diner has been in business since 1964.
A real estate agent says the diner is for sale and they are asking for $3.5 million.
