Con Edison restores power in Woodlawn
Con Edison has repaired live wire issues that were causing problems in Woodlawn. 
Viewer video showed a sparking wire producing flashes of electricity right above the intersection of 229th Street and Carpenter Avenue. 
The faulty wires left a number of buildings in the area without power.
