Weekend Workout: Amazing Arms
This week's workout comes from four-time Ms. Olympia Juliana Malacarne. The key to amazing arms starts with your shoulders. A shoulder raise countdown will help sculpt your arms. Start with 5 reps of a shoulder lateral raise. Then, hold your arms up, no higher than shoulder height, for 5 seconds. Then, repeat the move, but with 4 reps and 4 seconds, 3 reps and 3 seconds, and so forth. After you get to one rep - take a 30-second rest and start over again for 15 rounds.
