Children fly to the moon at Cradle of Aviation (December 31, 2012)
GARDEN CITY - Children in Garden City got an out-of-this-world experience at the Cradle of Aviation.
The kids visited the Vacation Family Adventures, which was built around the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 17 landing.
Visitors can see the Journey to the Moon show on the massive screen.
Children will make model planes during the next break on Jan. 12.
