Bronx native actor Chazz Palminteri is launching a new collection based on his classic 1993 film and current Broadway play "A Bronx Tale."
Palminteri teamed up with Steiner Sports for the collection, which features autographed baseballs and street signs.
Pieces from the collection include famous lines from the movie, including something Palminteri's father actually said in real life.
"He put it on a little postcard when I was a young boy, 'The saddest thing in life is wasted talent,' on an index card and he put it in my room," Palminteri says. "My father said, 'You're not gonna waste your life, the streets aren't going to get you, you're gonna do something with your life.'"
Palminteri says that message still resonates today.
"Whatever you want to do, it doesn't have to be the arts, it could be a lawyer, you could be a doctor, a garbage man, it doesn't matter, just be the best one," he says.
Items range in price from $29 to $200 and are all available online.
