CDC: E. coli outbreak spreads to another 5 states

An E. coli outbreak, first discovered with the help of state health officials, has now spread to another five states, bringing the total to 16 states, including New Jersey.
According to the CDC, 18 more people have gotten sick.
The CDC also says there have been nine more hospitalizations.
Investigators believe so far chopped romaine lettuce from Yuma, Arizona is the source.
No grower, supplier, distributor, or brand has yet to be identified.
The CDC says anyone who bought chopped romaine should throw it away if you can't confirm it didn't come from Yuma.
