Bronx residents bundled up Friday to brave the bitter temperatures.
Many who ventured out into the cold wore scarves, hats, gloves and several layers. One street vendor says many of his customers were seeking warm liquids, such as coffee and hot chocolate.
Some residents say they don?t let the cold weather stop them from doing what they normally do. However, they say they did their normal activities with extra layers.
