Brooks Koepka knows how to win a major on Long Island -- he did it less than a year ago.
Koepka took home the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills back in June. Now he has his sights set on the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black.
Koepka is also the defending winner of the PGA Championship. Last year's major was played in Missouri.
With such a good streak over the past two seasons, Koepka is feeling confident, but won't be a fan favorite - he's grouped with Tiger Woods for the first two rounds.
The matchup has created some buzz, but Koepka says it is too soon to call it a rivalry.
"I mean it's just golf. It's not like there's a huge history there, where it's been like football where you've got a rivalry that's been 20 or 30 years," says Koepka. "I mean it's really just been the last couple of years. So I don't really see it as a rivalry. Though it is fun to play against him. Best player to ever play the game."
