Police say a Bronx teacher had a sexual relationship with a teenage student who attended another public school.
Bill Agosto, a 26-year-old physical education, health and special education teacher at M.S. 331, allegedly had sex with the student over the summer.
Police have charged him with rape and sexual misconduct.
