A social media influencer from the Bronx extended a helping hand to a friend in need after the coronavirus claimed another life.
Ron Suno loves to entertain his more than 800,000 followers on Instagram and he's got a big heart when it comes to his fans.
"I'm still a kid too, I'm 19 and like as a kid growing up I know what makes me happy and I know what positivity looks like and I just want to spread my vision and show people what the world really needs is love,” says Suno.
Love and generosity are both things needed by Suno's friend, Ibrahima Diallo.
Diallo says his mother, Theresa, died from coronavirus complications on March 29, leaving a gaping hole in his life.
"Anytime I had a problem with a girlfriend she'd always be there to give me advice. That's another thing too, it's like, now if I have another girl I can't really introduce her because my mom's not here,” says Diallo.
Diallo says his family is struggling to keep afloat. He is out of work and his father's business was forced to close because of the pandemic.
When Suno and his publicist, Avery Ms. Artistry, heard about Diallo's situation they stepped in to help.

"I'm going to help pay for his mom's funeral and be a part of it because that's family to me,” says Suno.
Suno says he's committing money from music sales and social media earnings to help remove the financial burden off his friend.
"It was really hard to accept, I can't really put in, I don't really have words because I've never had nobody do this for me,” says Diallo.
But in Suno's eyes, he's just returning a favor, one he never forgot.
"He actually bought me an iPhone when I didn't have one. When I was younger, and I didn't have an iPhone, he actually bought me one, he was like, 'Yo, bro, you don't have a phone to go to school so here, I'm going to give you an iPhone.' He showed me love just giving me a new phone so that made me realize there's people that actually care about me,” says Suno.
Suno says Diallo is like a brother to him.
