Tucked away in the back garden at the Brooklyn Museum, you'll find hidden gems that honor our city's past.        

The Steinberg Family Sculpture Garden, which opened in 1966 features more than 40 sculptures from now-demolished buildings.

From ornaments that decorated Coney Island in its heyday to a towering statue and partial column from the old Penn Station--the garden preserves New York history from the turn of the 20th century.           

Visiting the sculpture garden is free with admission to the museum.
