<p>Police are searching for a man they say allegedly raped a teen with autism.</p>

Autistic teen allegedly raped in Prospect Park
Police are searching for a man they say allegedly raped a teen with autism. 
News 12 is told that the 17-year-old got lost on her way home from school Wednesday after getting off at the wrong bus stop.
Police say the girl was sexually assaulted hours later in a park located in the 78th Precinct.
Police say the victim is in stable condition.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
