EAST END - A toxic algae has been found in some East End waterways.

The algae, which is poisonous to humans and pets, has been found in Lake Agawam in Southampton and in Mill Pond.

Last year, a Jack Russell Terrier that drank water contaminated by the algae in East Hampton died.
